Shrimp Spicy Ramen

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of vegetable stock
  • 2 hot peppers sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 fresh ginger peeled and sliced
  • 3 tbsp. gochujang
  • 1 tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • Sriracha to taste or use your favorite hot sauce
  • 150 gm of ramen noodles
  • 250 gm shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 soft-boiled eggs

Instructions:

  1. Add the 3 cups of vegetable stock
  2. Add two minced garlic cloves, then the ginger, and the chili pepper.
  3. Then add the soy sauce, vinegar, sriracha, and gochujang and stir well till combined.
  4. Add the noodles to the mixture. and cook for two minutes.
  5. Then in a frying pan add sesame oil and the peeled shrimp followed by salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
  6. Cook each side for one minute, then add the minced garlic and stir for a minute.
  7. In a serving bowl add the noodles, the soup, the shrimp, and the boiled eggs all together, and enjoy your meal.
