Ingredients:
- 3 cups of vegetable stock
- 2 hot peppers sliced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 fresh ginger peeled and sliced
- 3 tbsp. gochujang
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- Sriracha to taste or use your favorite hot sauce
- 150 gm of ramen noodles
- 250 gm shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 soft-boiled eggs
Instructions:
- Add the 3 cups of vegetable stock
- Add two minced garlic cloves, then the ginger, and the chili pepper.
- Then add the soy sauce, vinegar, sriracha, and gochujang and stir well till combined.
- Add the noodles to the mixture. and cook for two minutes.
- Then in a frying pan add sesame oil and the peeled shrimp followed by salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
- Cook each side for one minute, then add the minced garlic and stir for a minute.
- In a serving bowl add the noodles, the soup, the shrimp, and the boiled eggs all together, and enjoy your meal.
